Adoro le more! Sono una gioia per la vista ed il gusto in tutte le stagini. Il colore dei frutti in maturazione in estate, i delicati fiori in primavera e le variopinte foglie in autunno. Il loro dolce sapore, fresco con succo di limone e zucchero o vellutato quando si trasformano in marmellata ed incontrano la cannella per accompagnarci durante l'inverno. Sono fortunata ad averne tante in giardino ed ho cercato di cogliere le loro sfumature con i miei pennelli.I love blackberries! They are a joy for the eyes and the taste in all seasons. The colour of the ripening fruit in summer, the delicate flowers in spring and the coloured leaves in fall. Their sweet taste, fresh with lemon juice and sugar or soft when turned into jam and meet the cinnamon for our winter enjoyment. I'm lucky to have so many in my garden and I 've tried to catch their nuances with my brushes.
Sto per partire per una settimana di vacanza in montagna. Sarà di riposo??? Non lo so... con la mia piccola birba...
